Temic Card Hotel Lock
Temic card hotel lock is economical than M1 hotel lock , for it with few functions . It adopts T5577 card , reading frequency is 125 Khz, a RF card type can read and write but with a single role of unlock hotel door , can’t use for parking , consuming , and attendance etc . While, a temic hotel lock system function is enough for mid-range hotel .

8 Function Introduction of YonAnn Hotel Lock
Alarm automatically : when the latch by press in no normal way, or the door didn’t lock total , the lock will |”di…di…” beep for notice .
Lock automatically: if contact card the lock in unlock status , the lock will locked automatically within 7 seconds .
Unlock records: The lock unlock history can download from the lock and print out for statement analysis.
Lost report: if the card lost can report lost on the software .
Time limited : only in valid time the card can open door .
Level management: different card with different function .
Area limited: the floor card only can unlock it’s matched floor ,others can’t unlock .
Password control : all cards had encrypted , only the right card can unlock . other hotel’s card can’t use for unlock.

Hotel Lock Different Cards Functions
Test card: The door lock didn’t register after installed, test card can unlock door for test if the lock install right way . after the locks authorized, the test card can’t unlock any more . only the lock be setting to factory model can it can unlock again .
Authorized card: It use for software installation and authorization, and can open the door lock which didn’t authorized .
Room installation card: used to set basic information such as room number. Applicable for all door locks in the system. Room installation card can be recycled after used .
Time setup card: use to set and calibrate the door lock clock. The time card can use alone and can be recycled to use for room card after used .
Channel card: used to set the channel function of the door lock, generally used in meeting rooms or some public areas.
Guest card: guest card for unlock the defined room. Can choose if unlock the door in deadbolt or can’t when program it . it use for hotel guest or the corresponding personnel.
Master card: Can open all door locks in the system, and lock in deadbolt can unlock too . The master card generally held by the general manager of the hotel
Floor card: all door locks on the certain floor can be opened, and can’t unlock when the door locks in deadbolt status . The floor card is generally kept and used by the floor attendant or the corresponding personnel.
Building card: can open all door locks of the certain building.
Emergency card: All door locks in the system can be opened in an emergency state, even when the door locks are deadbolt. When the door lock is opened by the emergency card, the door lock remains unlock until any other valid room card read it . Emergency cards are generally kept by the security department or the fire department.
How to Install Hotel Door Lock on Door
- Drill hole on the door according to the drill hole template we offered
Drill hole way:
a .Confirm the suitable datum line on the door
b. Print out the line use the template
c. Drill hole use tool
- Install Mortise lock
Step: a. Put mortise lock in the drilled hole door ,and fasten it use screw
b. Install the slidingplate and fasten it by screw .
- Install front and back lock parts
a. Connect the right port , and put the big square and fasten the back lock on the inner door side .
b.Put big square and small square ,fasten the back and front lock part use 4 pcs long screws
c. Connect the battery box port and pcb port ,Fasten the battery box on the back lock part
4. Drill hole on the lock frame according to the template
5. Fasten the gusset plate and buckle box
6. Install finish , after installed ,need test the lock by read the test card
a. Check all parts had fasten
b. Pull and push the door to check if can open and close right way .
c. Use mechanical key to check it can work smoothly
d. Then can setup the software.
How to Identify the Lock Left Handle and Right Handle
The door have pull door and push door , we can check the hinge install on left door or right door .Then can identify it’s handle .
