Hotel Elevator Control System
YonAnn elevator control system works with the hotel door lock system , program room cards from the software ,and read the room card up to the matched floor.
Also the system can issue different function cards , the different card holder can up to the matched floors . Strangers without holding cards can’t enter the floors .

Guests use the elevator special card (that is a valid room card), they can take the elevator normally after swiping the room card. This prevents outsiders from taking the elevator at will and improves the stability of the hotel.
After the guest’s room card expires, the use will be restricted, it needs to be renewed to resume normal use, so that many contradictions in the middle can be avoided.
The Hotel Evelator Control System with these functions :
Authorization function: All elevator cards must be authorized by the hotel front desk before they can be used.
Card swiping function: When taking the elevator, you need to swipe your card before using it. People without a card or permission cannot enter and use the elevator. After swiping the card, the button needs to be manually pressed or automatically lifted.
Time-limited function: Each elevator card of the resident is written with the valid time. During the valid time, the card can be swiped normally to take the elevator. After the deadline, the card is invalid, the elevator button does not respond, and the guest needs to go to the front desk to continue the stay. The room card can be used normally after rewriting the corresponding time.
Consumer function: For Mifare 1 card with this function. The card can work at the hotel parking ,access control, consumer and attendance system
Lost function: If the guest’s room card is lost, just report loss at the front desk. The front desk will report the loss of this card on the software, after that the card will be cancelled and can’t be used on the elevator.
Fire-fighting function: When encountering elevator fire-fighting, the elevator smart card controller will automatically leave the elevator to come back with no elevator smart card control, so that the be inside personnel can escape danger in time.
Independence: The elevator card swiping controller and the elevator’s own system are connected by passive contacts, and the two are completely isolated, which will not have any impact on the original performance of the elevator.
Anti-interference function: The anti-interference function of the hotel elevator control system is bidirectional. That’s , it’s card swiping function and stability are not affected by the lift’s interference, and itselves’s interference can’t affect the elevator working.
Controller cascading function: The number of floors controlled by the standard version of the hotel elevator control system module is 8 floors. If there are more than 8 floors, another standard version of the hotel elevator control system module needs to be cascaded. In this way, it can be directly cascaded for higher floors, which is convenient and reliable.
