RF Card Lock Management System Functions
- Level management: have different levels of authority management. The RF card lock management system can according to the hotel management needs to set their own emergency card, general card, building card, floor card, area card, guest card.
Emergency card: emergency card is generally held by the security department, can open all the RF card lock in this system, after opening the RF card locks it will keep a long open state (this status can be cancel after swiping any available room cards), the emergency card can work at any time and deadbolt status .
General card: General card is generally held by the general manager, can open all the RF card locks in the system, the general card can work at any time, while it can’t unlock lock in deadbolt .
Building card: used to open all unlocked doors in a building during the valid time. Normally provided for the manager.
Floor card: used to unlock all unlocked doors on a particular floor at a specified time and period, usually provided by the attendant.
Area card: used to unlock all unlocked doors which are in the same areas in the valid time . it is used for cleaning staff to open the rooms on the corresponding floor of the hotel during the set cleaning period.
Guest cards: for guests to open their own rooms during valid times.
